On each product page, you’ll find a “Choose Image/File” button. Simply upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet — the clearer the image, the better the result. If the photo is blurry or the angle is not ideal, our design team will contact you to confirm before proceeding.

Absolutely! Some products support 2-3 pet portraits on the same item. Please select the number of pets before adding to cart and upload the corresponding photos.

For custom portraits/blantets, we'll email you a digital draft for preview within 48 hours of your purchase, and we support revisions until you're happy.

For other products, we don't offer advance previews. If you have any special requests, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.

If you’d like to change the photo or name, please email us within 3 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. After 3 hours, your order may have already entered production and cannot be modified.
