Preview Time
We usually send you a preview of your artwork within 2~3 working days.
Please check your inbox and spam folder.If we don't hear back from you within 1~2 working days, we will assume the design is approved and will proceed to the next step.
Production Time
2-3 business days (from preview approval to shipping）
Shipping Estimates
All shipping times are quoted from the day we sent you tracking number.
USA: 7-12 working days
UK: 7-14 working days
CA: 7-9 working days
EU: 6-10 working days
AU,NZ: 6-10 working days
